This week we have learned about the Design Process in Science! The students were given the challenge of designing a parachute out of simple objects, such as, string, paper, and aluminum foil! It was so much fun to watch Mr. Barkey drop these from the roof of the school!!:)

Today we started Chapter 2 in Science!! These happy kiddos are using the design process to build a parachute out of paper, string, masking tape, and aluminum foil!! It was fun to watch them create their designs!!:)

Why don't spiders stick to their webs?? That was the question of the day during Science class. We are working on learning how the Scientific method works. This little experiment was the perfect way to test out the steps of the Scientific method.:)
